Wayne is a caring and compassionate boss. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and do whatever is needed. He makes us feel appreciated and secure. In all the things he does, he still has the time for his employees and anyone that walks through the door. Wayne is approachable, fair and always appreciative of his employees. He is quick with compliments and always makes sure the extra effort is recognized. As a mentor, Wayne leads by example, demonstrating how to best serve the customer. He is the best boss we have ever had.
